Perfume: typical of Valpolicella wine, it reminds of fresh fruits, sour black cherry, pomegranate, underbrush fruits and a slight sensation of jam.
Taste: full body, dry, well balanced with a persistent ending in the mouth.
Combinations
Best with middle seasoned cheeses, salami and local delicatessen. It blends perfectly with roasted and grilled meat dishes, at the very best with typical courses based on game, special soups, pasta "bigoli" with ragout etc.
Drinking temperature around 18-20 ° C. Bottle to be opened at east two hours before or use a decanter.
